Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged item from Yummy Tummy, we apologize! The product is safe, and cosmetic damage may occur during transit. Contact customercare@yummytummy.com with pictures for assistance.

Incorrect Product

At Yummy Tummy, we apologize for any mix-ups! Please email us with your order number and photos of the incorrect items within three days. We'll send the correct product promptly and provide a return label.

Return Policy

Yummy Tummy prioritizes customer safety and cannot accept returns on food or hygiene items. All products are new, unused, and unopened. Policies may change at any time without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Yummy Tummy aims to process cancellations within one hour, but we can't guarantee it. A 4% fee will be deducted from refunds to cover transaction costs, allowing a maximum of 96% refund.
